.Net Team Leader 

Dot net team leader is responsible for managing and technically support a growing team of SW developers, analysts, designers. By implementing and improving existing frameworks you will be responsible to increase team productivity and intelligent SW component, develop and build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design.

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for managing and leading a growing assigned team.

  • Improving existing frameworks

  • Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates

  • work directly with chief architect on building high level design 

  • Perform programming tasks according to the project plan

  • participate in Technical Research tasks 

  • Participate in the estimation of new features and components

  • On-time delivery of assigned tasks

  • Perform unit testing for submitted tasks

  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced software engineers

  • Participate in analysis & design of new functional requirements

  • Implement complex and risky tasks development tasks

  • Conduct prototyping and POCs for new technologies

  • Conducting Interviews & Exams for Jr. & Mid-level Dev's

  • Conduct Code Review and code refactoring tasks

  • Configuration Management

  • Deployment Planning

  • Integrating team output into the project solution and packages

  • Ultimately responsible for project code quality

  • Final smoke test for deployed releases

  • Gathering and preparing release notes

  • Conducting Interviews & Exams for Sr. & Pr. Dev's

  • Design Review

  • Help in team members Technical Career Development

  • Own development project effort estimates

  • Breaking down backlog features into smaller tasks for the team

  • Assign tasks for team members in coordination with Project Manager

  • Work closely with QA team & make sure they are effectiveness & utilization

Skills/ Abilities: ​

  • Excellent software development and engineering skills

  • 7+ Years of experience

  • 1+ years as software architect/technical lead

  • 1+ year experience with agile methodologies 

  • Strong experience working in all project life-cycles

  • Excellent knowledge and reference past experience  with dot net framework, object oriented programming, Design patterns mandatory,  parallel programming concepts , Task parallel library

  • Awareness of Database Logical and physical design

  • Excellent knowledge with Database tuning mandatory

  • Excellent knowledge with memory management

  • MVC, MVP, MVVM

  • JQuery

  • Angular 2 is a plus

  • Agile awareness is a plus 

  • Awareness of design, analysis, software development life cycles

  • Excellent communication and team working skills

  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems

  • Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure

  • Experience working with relevant software packages or classes of packages, and products within area of technical expertise
